There will be three types of Speaker Sessions at WordCamp Bhopal 2023.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A Regular talk will be 25 minutes long for each speaker with a 10 minutes question\/answer session.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Total Time: 30 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u26a1Lightning TaLK<\/h5>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A Lightning Talk will be a quick session of 10 minutes where you can discuss your topic & share ideas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Total Time: 10-15 minutes<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Panel Discussion will last up to 45 minutes, with 10 minutes for discussions, questions & answers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Total Time: 55 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Language Preference:<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

As attendees and community members from across the country will be attending WordCamp Bhopal 2023, we expect the speaker sessions to be conducted in English and Hindi, to accommodate everyone from near and far.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Application Process & Timetable:<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Here are the important dates for Speaker applications:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  • 28 July 2023: <\/strong>Call for Speakers opens<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  • 25 August 2023: <\/strong>Call for Speaker closes<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  • 26 August 2023:<\/strong> Speaker selection process starts<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  • 5 September 2023: <\/strong>Speaker selection concludes<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  • 10 September 2023:<\/strong> Speakers announced<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    A dedicated team will review all applications and reach out to the selected speakers. We will announce the Speakers of WordCamp Bhopal 2023 on the website and all our social channels. The dates and timetable might change depending on the number of applications received. We hope for your cooperation in the meantime, thank you!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

Please provide a brief outline of your talk. The submission deadline is 25 August 2023<\/strong>, so be sure to submit your proposal before then!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    If you\u2019d like to propose multiple topics, please submit the form multiple times, once for each topic.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
