Language Preference:

As attendees and community members from across the country will be attending WordCamp Bhopal 2025, we expect the speaker sessions to be conducted in English and Hindi to accommodate everyone from near and far.

Speaker Selection

Our review process is designed to be fair, impartial, and focused on delivering the most value to our attendees. Our program committee evaluates each submission based on three key criteria: 

• The relevance and potential impact of your topic, 
• The clarity and quality of your proposal, and 
• The diversity of perspectives represented. 

If you submit multiple proposals, we will select the session that best aligns with our audience’s needs and the overall program balance. In your application, please provide a comprehensive overview of your topic—explain why it matters to the WordPress community and share your personal experience or connection with the subject. All decisions are final, and our goal is to curate a lineup of engaging, informative, and inclusive sessions that inspire and empower every attendee.
