Richa Khanna is the Director at SFA Technologies Pvt. Ltd., bringing over a decade of experience in business analysis, operations, and enterprise solutions. She has worked with leading organizations like HCL Technologies and C-Net Infotech, building a strong foundation in process modeling and project management.

With an MBA in Marketing from Alliance Business School, she bridges strategy and execution effectively. Her work focuses on helping businesses and individuals improve efficiency, decision-making, and growth through practical, results-driven solutions.

S. K. Jain – Program Officer, Madhya Pradesh State Education Department

Suman Kant Jain is a Program Officer with the Madhya Pradesh School Education Department, bringing nearly three decades of experience in education and public governance. He works closely on strengthening digital systems that make government services more accessible, efficient, and citizen-friendly.

An awardee of the National Award for e-Governance (Gold) from the Government of India & Excellence in e-Governance Award (MP), he has been a key contributor to the One-Click DBT initiative and several other initiatives focused on improving citizen service delivery. Currently, he oversees the education portal, scholarship systems, and digital service delivery, and is known for his practical, solution-oriented approach at the intersection of education, technology, and governance.

Mohammad Shoeb Ansari – creative head at Elicus

Mr. Shoeb has worked with WordPress for over a decade, continuously learning from the experience. He co-runs Elicus in Jaipur, India, crafting WordPress tools to create beautiful websites. Shoeb is passionate about sharing knowledge and helping others explore careers in WordPress.
