We are now opening registrations for the much-awaited Contributor Day at WordCamp Bhopal 2023. The contributor day is set to happen on the 7th of October and is divided into 2 parts. Irrespective of your experience and knowledge level, you can be a part of this event as our community members and table leads will be there to help you get started with WordPress contribution.

Your WordCamp ticket is valid for both dates, but separate registration is essential to secure your spot for the contributor day events. As we have limited slots, spots will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. To ensure a smooth experience, here are some important details to note.
The registration form for this event includes two checkboxes:
- One to confirm your participation in the Openverse Walk (starts 7 a.m. at Van Vihar, Bhopal)
- One to confirm your participation in the main Contributor Day event (starts at 12:30 p.m. at Zappain, Bhopal)

Contributor Day Schedule
The day kicks off bright and early at 6:30 a.m. as you arrive at the venue. Start your day early and get ready to begin the Openverse Walk at Van Vihar by 7 a.m. sharp. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, connect with fellow participants, and let inspiration fuel your journey. Here everyone will take part in a nature walk and click photos that will be later uploaded to the WordPress photos directory during the Contributor Day. The walk will conclude by 9-10 a.m., leaving you feeling refreshed and invigorated. There’s still time for the Contributor Day event, so you can explore the city or go back and pick up your laptops for the main Contributor Day event.
At 12:30 p.m., we’ll collect at the main Contributor Day venue, Zappian. It’s time to dive into the contributions and collaborate with experts, share insights, and contribute to the growth of WordPress. The day will wrap up by 5 p.m., leaving you with a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment.
